I had an excellent experience getting tattooed at this place - fantastic tattoo and first-rate customer service.
It was my first tattoo, so I was quite nervous about the process and particularly about hygiene, and so asked a lot of questions. The artist was happy for me to come in several times before the tattoo, and she answered all my questions in full and made me feel at ease.
On the day of the tattoo, she first showed me the needles she would use and showed me that they were sealed, and that they were in date. She was very chatty and friendly throughout the process of the tattoo and made sure I was comfortable throughout.
She talked through the aftercare with me and again was happy to answer my questions in the days after the tattoo.
Finally, and most importantly, I am super in love with the end result - a honey bee tattoo - it completely lives up to my expectations.

I've had my first tattoo done my Mike a couple of days ago. It was a great experience, he really focused on getting it right even though it took more time than anticipated. But it didn't matter, we had a really good chat, and I didn't have to do much :) and the result is great!! (and It's healing nicely too.)
